Changes could be coming to the Fairbury Jr./Sr. High School and Central Elementary School if the District 8 School Board decides to pursue a plan presented by Superintendent Stephen Grizzle.
At their meeting on Monday evening, Grizzle explained some of the proposals to alter the buildings and how those differences would help to increase security, as well as help students to improve their quality of education.
“All year, the building and grounds committee has been meeting, talking about some facility ideas for the district,” said Grizzle, showcasing the drawings on the projector. “We’re looking to expand and make things better.”
